Development Coordinator in Project and Construction

Do you want to help develop the future ways of working in project and construction? We are looking for a Development Coordinator who combines administrative work with a drive for improvement and development.

The role is important to ensure effective processes and contribute to our department achieving its goals.

About the role

As a Development Coordinator, you will become a key person in our organization. You will be responsible for project administration, financial summaries, and inventory management while driving development initiatives to improve our systems and routines. You will work closely with team leaders, unit managers, and controllers, serving as an important link between administration and finance. The position works for the entire Project and Construction Department and reports to the department head.

Your main responsibilities:

Projects and Systems

• Initiating and registering projects as well as updating customer records
• Managing project members and permissions
• Compiling registered hours and locking time registration after the month-end
• Moving completed projects between portfolios
• Invoicing and bookings in collaboration with finance
• Developing and improving working methods in the project tool Antura

Finance and Analysis

• Monthly indexing and statistical reporting
• Support for team leaders and unit managers in financial matters
• Financial summaries for projects and contingency matters
• Materials for controllers ahead of year-end closing, budgets, and price lists
• Report extraction and cost allocations between units

We are looking for you

We are looking for someone with experience in administrative work, preferably in project or financial management. You have good knowledge of the Office suite, and it is advantageous if you have experience working in project tools or business systems such as Antura, Raindance, or similar.

You have an interest in development work and improvement processes and enjoy working both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues. Furthermore, you are meticulous, structured, and have a good ability to prioritize.
